FAQ


1.

Shipping Information: Most furniture products will be shipped via truck freight, not U.P.S., due to size and weight of shipment. All other products shipped U.P.S. Shipping Information

Shipping costs is included in product price (in USA only), unless noted otherwise.

Someone will have to be available to accept the shipment from the driver, and check for any visible damage to the carton.

 


2.

Shipping Time: Order will be shipped ASAP, which usually is within 8-10 days. However please allow 4-6 weeks under unusual conditions. We will call or e-mail if there is a delay due to manufacture problems. Order confirmation will usually explain, if there is a delay.

 


3.

Damaged Items: Do not sign freight bill until you have inspected the condition of your product order. If there are damages do not accept the order or note "damaged" or "open" on the freight bill and notify carrier of damages, and request carrier inspection. Notify us by e-mail as soon as you discover a problem to help with getting replacement shipment sent ASAP.

 


4.

Order Confirmation: When your order is placed with "Games People Play" you will receive e-mail notifying you your order was received within 25 hours. You will again be contacted when your order is shipped.

 


5.

6.

Returns Policy: "Games People Play" wants you to be happy with you purchase. Our manufacturer partners will work with us on any complaints about the products and will accept returns only after a return authorization number has been issued by us. You are responsible for all shipping and your account will be credited for purchase price minus shipping. See Return Policy
